Copy of Certificate issued by the sponsoring authority such as Secretariat Industrial Approval (SIA) issued from Ministry of Industry, New Delhi for Large Scale Manufacturers and SSI certificate issued by The State Director of Industries (in case of Small / Medium Manufacturer – Exporter). |

A copy of the Import-Export Code No. issued by DGFT. |

List of Partners/Directors with their residential addresses and specimen Signatures on your Letter Heads in triplicate with duly attested by any one of the Partner /Director.

If the application is not signed by the Director / Partner he has to submit Power of Attorney given by the Director to act on their behalf.. |

Where a person is standing for election as Chairman or Vice Chairman or Regional Chairman etc., he or the entity represented by him, must have, to his or its credit, during the one financial year immediately preceding, exports of the product, of not less than rupees 2 crores. |

|
A copy of the Memorandum and article of Association in case of Company and Partnership deed in case of Partnership firm. |

|
|
After becoming member of the Council if there is any change in the ownership /constitution/name or address of the exporters, it should be duly incorporated in the RCMC with in 30 days after amended in the IEC/ Register of Company. |
