WHAT ARE THE DOCUMENTS TO BE
SUBMITTED

|
|
- Application for membership in the
prescribed form, duly filled in along with cheque / D.D. drawn in favour of
"CHEMEXCIL" for the appropriate amount
towards membership fees.
|
|
|
|
|
- Copy of Certificate issued by the sponsoring authority such as
Secretariat Industrial Approval (SIA) issued from Ministry of Industry, New
Delhi for Large Scale Manufacturers and SSI certificate issued by The State
Director of Industries (in case of Small / Medium Manufacturer – Exporter).

|
|
|
|
- A copy of the Import-Export Code No. issued by DGFT.
|
|
|
|
|
- List of Partners/Directors with their residential addresses and
specimen Signatures on your Letter Heads in triplicate with duly attested by any
one of the Partner /Director.
|
|
|
|
|
- Application for registration as prescribed by the Council duly filled.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
- If the application is not signed by the Director / Partner he
has to submit Power of Attorney given by the Director to act on their behalf.
|
|
|
|
|
- A copy of the Memorandum and article of Association in case
of Company and Partnership deed in case of Partnership firm.
|
|
|
|
|
- After becoming member of the Council if there is any change
in the ownership /constitution/name or address of the exporters, it should be
duly incorporated in the RCMC with in 30 days after amended in the IEC/ Register
of Company.
